  • This is a horrible time to buy a home. This depression is only just beginning.

    The "great time to buy" sheep are being led to slaughter by this stock market rally that's really just a bear market rally with a stimulus boost.

    There's another 30% or 40% to lose before we see the bottom... even in Atlanta.

    You've been warned.
