Healthy choices is fine but wouldnt it be easier just to watch your calories? You could have the healthiest diet in the world and still gain weight if some of those calories are not burned up.
@fcuk9000 healthy eating IS watching your calories. Anyway having nutrition in your diet is not the same thing as watching your calories. If you just watched how many calories of pizza and ice cream you ate yes you could lose weight but you wouldn't be doing your body much good.
@jasoncscs Yes but when people are trying to lose weight they should first just eat the stuff they like but eat less of it. Then when they get down to there target weight then they should worry about the quality of food there eating. Because its to much of a lifestyle change at first and people wouldnt want to stick with it.
@fcuk9000 I disagree with this philosophy. Let's say all you liked was pizza and ice cream just eating less of it might help you lose weight, but that diet will not supply your body with any healthy nutrients.
@jasoncscs Well wouldnt it be better just to get a person down to there target weight as easy as possible and then get them to change up there eating a bit? People really dont want a lifestyle change because they wouldnt want to stick with it. And what person ONLY likes pizza and ice cream? I want to just get them down to there target weight and wouldnt it be already a healthier thing since there losing weight? MOST people wont stick with eating like a rabbit all the time.
@fcuk9000 I don't get it.... losing weight IS a lifestyle change. Learning how to eat vegetables and lean protein is pretty easy and delicious and it is an incorrect line of thinking to say eating like a rabbit. All attempts at nourishing the body with the nutrients it needs typically result in a favorable change in body composition.
