I'm pretty sure that even though Steve Milo commented that he was concerned by the last comment he passed the buck on responsibility for that customer's issue. We've been sitting in a unit with the fire alarm going off for two days. The only person I've been able to get to answer the phone was completely rude. Steve Milo told me the problem was with "the association" and he wouldn't compensate us for the issue. This is the kind of customer service you can expect with Vacation Rental Pros

The accommodation was perfect. Great location for beach and all amenities. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with everything we needed. The building and wider property were also very clean and well maintained. Would definitely want to stay here again if in area.

This is the second year in a row we have vacationed at Cinnamon Beach and it will not be our last.

My wife, 4 kids, and I absolutely love this place. It is the perfect place for families to spend a relaxing vacation.

Don't get me wrong, there is plenty to do here if you don't want to lie around on the beach all day. We just looked up Palm Coast, FL online and found 100s of things to do.

Seven adults stayed in this condo to attend Biketoberfest in Daytona and we absolutely loved the placed. It was located close enough yet far enough away. The accomidations were very nice with plenty of room for everyone. We will be back again next year and plan to stay longer than 3 nights.

The condo, location, amenities and rental staff were all excellent! I hosted a party at the clubhouse adult lounge that was catered by the Cinnamon Beach Grille. The party location, food and staff were a hit! A great place for a vacation or an event!

The first vacation rental we chose was a nightmare (rundown, dirty, etc.) We arrived there after 16 hours of driving & were devastated. At 5:30 PM on a Saturday, we were miraculously able to reach Steve (from Vacation Rental Pros), & in a matter of minutes, were on our way to one of the most beautiful, spotless, modern gated communities in Florida. Our condo had all the amenities you could ever ask for, with a large kitchen & roomy balcony, garden tub, & perfect ocean view.

I paid $850 a night for one of their best rentals - Not impressed. People there are not friendly. The management was supposed to credit me 1 free night but they never held up their word...Palm Coast, Florida is tolerable for a weekend getaway...not much more after that.

A GREAT PLACE FOR A PRIVATE VACATION.The only thing I would add is that our unit needs curtains on the front 2 bedroom windows... to keep the light out. Other than that it was awesome place to stay and a lot closer to the beach than it looks on their site. It is so nice to be able to set everything up at the beach... leave and come back whenever before nightfall. Very private and I loved that!

The maintenance staff was excellent and promptly responsive. The condo was beautifully maintained. The decor was beautiful. I suggest you bring a few bright light bulbs if you like to read at night. The property was spotlessly clean. The staff was great and respectful...even with my teenage daughter and her friend. Very relaxing. Beautiful view.

Our family loved our stay at cinnamon beach. The resort was beautiful and comfortable. The beach was an interesteing treasure. It was wonderful to have a beautiful place to bring all of our family members including our pet. The resort made it extremely easy to pick up after your pet by providing bag dispensers in several designated areas. I would recommend cinnamon beach resorts and look forward to vacationing here again.

This had to be the easiest and most trouble free rental process I have ever experienced. The condo was butiful. The beach was excellant. This had to be the best vacation we have had. I would recommend this property to anyone and plan to come back.

This was the best beach vacation we have ever had! We used to go to St. Augustine every year, and after this experience we will be going back to Palm Coast in the future. The beach is beautiful, my toddler and baby both enjoyed the sand and the splash pool. We drove about 2 miles to Washington Oaks State Park beach and that was great too. We ate in St. Augustine, visited Marineland and relaxed. The condo is beautiful, well kept and felt like home. , we all wished we had more time to stay.

What a Fabulous Vacation! We just returned from our stay @ Cinnamon Beach and cannot say enough about what a great time we all had. There were 4 kids and 4 adults in our group, and the condo had more than enough room for us. VRP thought of EVERTHING! We had everthing we needed. The property and beach were beautiful. This vacation was absolutely wonderful. It began with a no-hassel entry to the condo.On arrival we were amazed. It was very spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated, and offered a breath-taking view. We spent hours alone sitting on the deck watching the waves and sunsets. Several days we saw dolphins playing. The gated complex provided pools and other entertainment options, poolside food and drinks, easy beach access and many other amenities. It truly was an awesome vacation spot!

Relaxing Family Vacation.The condo at Cinnamon Beach was very comfortable and roomy. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the well equipped kitchen. For a family of 8, it was a perfect fit.

We had a wonderful vacation last week. It was so nice to meet the property owner, he dropped by to bring a new flat screen TV. The condo was adequately furnished and comfortable. Loved the new sofa and loveseat, noticed that as soon as we entered, tried to treat it as if it were our own. Thanks for the paperwork that was emailed to me, it made everything clear for our stay.

This vacation was planned to be a quiet, relaxing one and Cinnamon Beach Condos met that goal. Quiet, private, no crowds, etc. The unit was beautiful plenty of room, oceanfront views beautiful. We spent two weeks with no specific schedule late breakfasts, swimming both ocean and pools with only day trips to St. Augustine and Cape Canaveral. Easy access to Daytona Beach Airport for picking up our daughter. children were fascinated with the sealife that could be found when the tide was out.

We had a wonderful time! If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation this is the place for you! We stayed in Oceanfront #655. It was immaculate. 3 huge bedrooms all with TV's, large living room (with huge HDTV), dining room as well as a beautiful oversized terrace with dining table for 6. We sat in the chaise lounges, watched the dolphins swim by while enjoying the sound and sight of the beautiful ocean directly in front of us. VRP was wonderful to work through. Highly recommend!

Once again this year our expectations at Cinnamon Beach were more than met. Everyone at Vacation rental Pro's were more than professional.
