If you look closely at Zero Soul, it kind of looks like a giant, black version of Zero 1, but with the blood slits around it's eye open and the main body invisible

Before I 100%'ed Kirby 64, I never knew Kirby games could be truly badass (although I hadn't met Meta Knight yet...), but 02 definitely proved that point. I'd say this fits him perfectly.

Screen size. if you change the control scheme to "Keyboard 2", you can still use the mouse to shoot and dash, but your ship won't face the cursor, which is great for danmaku. P:
