I can understand the interviewers excitement. This was groundbreaking, still is, and to be in the presence of it and ask any question you wanted,.I also can understand how people can be freaked out by all of it. We all look for what is true, here without realizing that phyical form is completely neutral and the meaning comes from our own perception which is also up to us. It's scary at first to find Real Reality is well beyond human scope. But so are We.
As to "Aquarian" and "channeling" and all that, Jane said "If I'd known that was going to happen, I'd never have started. She was devastated with all the phony "entities" collecting money from the gullible.
Man alive! Reading through some of these comments here it makes me wonder how some people manage to get through life at all in one piece! The Roberts' and Seth have been part of my life now for so many years and I wouldn't have it any other way. What a wonderful gift their endeavours were and still are - ever present and ever alive. this interviewer interrupts was too often. and he is also very repetitive....just restating what jane says without adding much new. very frusterating. i am very thankful that the interview was done, and its great. so he is legit for that reason.

How many thousands of uears will it take before amnkind fully excepts he is more than he has been taught and to think for himself and broaden the horizens of his mind to exist as a higher evolved soul.
It has taken many thousands of years for us to evolve from cave beings to being able to talk and function as modern humans.
I knew both Jane and Rob from the early 1970s. Both were geniune, kind people. While Jane's work is not seminal she (and Rob) popularized it to the point where others who experienced the phenomenon did not feel they were going insane. The phenomenon has actually nothing to do with religion but is a phenomenon of human consciousness. Religionists have nothing to fear.
Christians are the thought police of the world I choose to think for myself thank you very much. Seth is revelatory and has deep insight into the nature of reality and the mind that one can not gain from usual religious texts. Step aside and let humanity think for themselves.
I read a few Seth-books. In "Seth speaks" Seth talks about Christ and the meaning of religions from his perspective. He is not denying Christ. You have to inform yourself before you write such a statement.

i have been reading his material also, and i also have been experiencing different states of conciousness, but it scares the hell out of me when it happens, i guess i need to get over this hump.
The idea that time is an illusion and all incarnations are happening at once must have blown people away in the 60's and 70's! Even with our modern quantum physics we are still grappling with the concept.
I used to be a Christian, and I never learned anything as enlightening and life changing as the Seth series. I love them and live by them everyday now. My life is getting better and better
Good decision. Most Christians are about darkness and death. They have this big hang-up with death. They claim that they are saved, but they are never quite sure. And in order to feel good about themselves, they have to spend most of their time slamming people who don't believe in what they do.
Their is a book which answers your question as to why Jane didn't take care of her physical health, its called "Speaking of Jane" by Susan M. Watkins. The book answers why Jane didn't follow Seth's advice on certain things such as smoking.
Regarding smoking, there was a funny bit in one of the books where Jane says (to paraphrase) that she continues to smoke partly as a show of her independence from Seth, and partly as a show of her addiction to nicotine.

These books are so timeless. I don't really like Jane... but I agree with almost everything she thinks. It's amazing how much I've always agreed with Jane and Seth. I found her books in my step-mom's library years ago... and haven't been the same since.
I read Seth Speaks and his (or Jane Roberts channeling of) his 2 volumes titled The Unknown Reality, but haven't yet gotten to the 10 or so other of his books my roommate has. I read last two 'Abraham-Hicks' books and 'he' seems to be continuing the message Seth began--yet there were MANY times reading Abe that I felt/KNEW that I was re-reading Seth, at times verbatim, tho it was mostly written in simpler terms. Abe is for the average person,Seth is more for people with a college education.

I believe as "The Serect" so stated during the movie documentary, "whatever you want, even if it's a particular book," or in the case, video, "it will be attracted to you."
