Blondie and Costello I consider New Wave even though they come up through the punk era still they made some very cool classic music.

Bowie, Bolan , Roxy, The Ramones, The Clash & of course Sex Pistol just great times best music ever in the 70s. All band mentioned were very influential and still to this day.
