You can see the acne scars on the skinnier guy doing the sets in the beginning of the video when the camera zooms in and at 3:14 you can see the acne scars on "Skinny Vinny". Come ob, your work and results are good, but don't talk crap about being natural. You're far from natural. users know users :)

As long as you concentrate on really focusing on the abs as they are the only muscle doing all the work, you can find some great exercises! And work them out in a new way, making them sore all the time with new stimulus

its all about nutrition the leg raises are by far the best thing you can do, its how i got my big abdominals. but remember NUTRITION AND MOTIVATION!!!!!! you have to WANT to get shredded. Dont be lazy and prance around the gym doin whatever. Goal strategy .. what do you have to do to get there and how are you going to do it.
your ripped guys hanging leg raises are ideal i do them all the time but it seems like you guys are pulling yourselves up? when i just hang i can only get a little over half way with straight legs a little more with bent legs do you get higher when you pull yourself up?

The reason you need to intake sugar(and protein) post workout is for your muscles to quickly regain the energy they lost, since at that point none of the calories will be turned to fat...and exactly how does sugar break down muscle? Might want to go back to basics there matey.

Do you guys even bother with the lower back? I mean you're supposed to balance out the exercises. Like those that just do heavy chest presses end up looking like apes all hunched over. Those that just do abs, are bent over from the waist. If you do abs, do lower back as well. If you do biceps, do triceps to balance everything out. no, it's wrong to keep body at the same "shape" all year round! We naturally supposed to bulk-up in Winter time, and here in Canada winters are damn long, so this is what usually happens, relaxed and full body responds better on cutting protocols and in the result will be better than before ;)

im 17, and i lost some weight but i kinda got a fold of skin on the bottom of my belly
its not big or anything but i am about 17% body fat

I see alot of hating on the situation from jersey shore....is it cuz he has a six pack and his diet consists of alcohol? How does he maintain a physique while swallowing alcohol and not sleeping lol? Is he a freak of nature? Cuz his basically doing the opposite of 1 who wants a six pack, and he has it...

no, it's wrong to keep body at the same "shape" all year round! We naturally supposed to bulk-up in Winter time, and here in Canada winters are damn long, so this is what usually happens, relaxed and full body responds better on cutting protocols and in the result will be better than before ;)

The hanging leg raises are great because they work a lot of the stabilizer muscles. And they are hard as hell if you are heavy.
