  • Trust me. I understand about being a girl, water weight, there's also muscle gain (muscle weighs more than fat) and sometimes stress is a factor too. keep it up, you're going to do fantastic! I'm on the same journey and just started my vlog. I'm down 4 pounds already, so if I can do it, I know you can! I'm subscribing to your channel, so keep us updated.

  • I'm not a dr. or a pharmacist, and ive had something like 2% body fat (I'm not sure exactly, but it's virtually nonexistant) so I don't have any experience with weight loss. I am however full of common sense and have had fat friends gone thin. The hardest thing is watching people say I'm just like you, you can do this when they're 120lbs... but I've seen it happen.   • If the person saying "you can do it!" weighs 120 AND was once significantly overweight, that's a huge inspiration. But if that person never had a weight problem, they're just speculating, and it doesn't mean nearly as much.

  • There's too many of these herbal remedies running around. It's not that they don't work... it's that they do do things to your body, and if you're not a dr. or a pharmacist, then you don't know what you're really doing. The best thing to do is to watch your food intake, exercise, spend time doing things so you don't get bored and start eating. ctd...

  • Hmm. taking cayenne pepper sauce dialates your blood vessels, among other things. Taking it 3 times a day for your whole weight loss program sounds like the kind of thing that could have adverse effects. Don't go telling people who would do anything to lose weight to do something like that. Ask a doctor before you introduce something that's going to have a huge effect on your body. Say you're on blood thinners and do this. The complications with other meds from this could be enormous. ctd..

    also, the chinese have a good philosophy on weight loss....make the body "hot and dry." AKA, create conditions inside your body conducive to weight loss....studies in england have shown that cayenne pepper sauce, taken 3 teaspoons thrice daily, will boost metabolism by 25%!!! take it before meals so your body metabolizes it fast. Also, five minutes of excercise in the morning will boost metabolism significantly. Just get up and do some walking or something.

  • Ah, you like that advice?? Well here is more: a glass of brewed green tea before a workout boosts excercise endurance. Before you workout, DYNAMIC stretch...after you workout STATIC stretch....the article is on that website, and you can look up what that means if you dont understand. Your on your way, dont stop.

  • I think when you're around size 16 your around 170ish, at least thats how I was, I think... but I could be wrong. At least you're going to the gym I'm truly terrified of the gym.

    You sound like you had a ball :) I think you did the right thing by enjoying it all. We are all concentrating on our physical health but should forget our emotional health either and nothing is better for your emotions that a great time.

  • Awe. Youre so cute. WOW!! /From a 22 to a 16? awesome!!! =] You should keep up the excercise! I work out 7 days a week for an hour in cardio. DEF. helps with results. =]

  • yeah i was wearing a lot of belts there for awhile. but like i said, most of that weight seemed to be around my tummy. i'm more proportioned now, but would like to get down to a healthier weight!
