If you get a malware attack on your pc that won't allow you to open any browser windows or domument files and demands money to fix the problem, try this: Hold down the power button to cause a forced shut down of the system, then start it up again and select "safe mode." While in safe mode get into the system restore and select a "restore point" somewhere in time before the malware attack occurred. In most cases this will get rid of the problem, at least temp. Then run a good anti-malware program

My Ad-Aware today found malware on a full scan and deleted it! It told me to restart so I did. When I left, my sister said that a blue screen popped up for 2 seconds saying "Processing..." then "Deleting C://Windows...." My sister couldn't read the rest. Is the cpu at risk???
