hey clark im gonna give you a little hint. nice job with the small drill but eddie used a makita drill. it wat actually mat brucks drill/driver. he set the speed to 60 cycles/min to get the tone.

I love how Kent always plays with such smooth grace. If you watch his hands and fingers you never see any stress in them.....EVER! He makes each song he plays look effortless to the viewer and you can see that he knows the songs so well that they do not even pose a challenge to him in the slightest. So sad how Youtube Banned all his uploads. But I did see him make a comment on one of these re-uploads a while back stating that he is glad someone is making sure his vids still get shown on youtube
Ok I reset up my Ibanez #9 strings and 440 standard and adjusted my Johnson milllimium 150 and I have it. I have all but forgot some of the songs LOL but I'm catching back up with my timing LOL . most of it is set a memory!

@connorlegg93 I'm from Germany so i don't no where you can buy it in Britain^^. They are quite expensive and it's an older guitar, but there is the new eddi signature, it is called the evh wolfgang. Looks and sound great!!!

He rapes some of the chords/riffs in these songs too, playing them nothing like Ed.....and then he gets pissy if you point it out to him (which I found out a couple years ago) True Van Halen fans can see the mistakes, well, if they know dick about guitar anyway.

If you say you play everything 100% accurate 100% percent of the time then your full of shit. This guy is fucking great and since no one person can play EXACTLY like the other cut him some slack.

Points 2 through to 8 I couldn't agree more - but that doesn't detract from this man's ability to play, what is considered to be, rightly so, some of the greatest guitar work ever known.

Sure, he's playing EVH licks, but he's accomplishing something that nobody has done. His tone is a carbon copy of EVH's For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge era tone. And that was when Ed's guitar had more rack effects than ever before. And this guy is accomplishing it with a Vox Tonelab into a computer.

He plays a variety of tunes including VH and does them all EXTREMELY well! He never claimed to be a song-writer of any sorts - he's a guitarist playing covers of some great tunes. @VanHalenWorshiper I have been a Eddie follower since day One I was 14 or 15 years old when he came out and if you want to know the truth you need a variac in line with your amp and money in your pocket to buy new heads every time you blow one, this was eddies first step in inventing his sound, this is before stomp boxes, so if I had a choice variac or stomp box, my pocket say's stomp box! and more money for more guitars!
