maybe the conditions in Russian prisons is worse (food, clothing, cameras ....) but sitting in U.S. prisons is much more dangerous ... In Russia and Belarus, there are no gangs that are constantly vying with each other. there is one authority or 2 that that control everything in our prisons and thats it ... and if you behave peacefully, then everything is OK.
And also the american steets are way more dangerous than the russians,belorussians ukranians, cause we dont have the gangs

I'm assuming when you say African you only mean black people and I wouldn't even agree that example was true but let's say it was; they would obviously be bringing their culture with them.and passing it onto their children.
