What if the color you are painting over is darker than the paint? Mine is grey, but I want them to be tan/beige. Would the dark color darken the light color?

I want to convert my interior from black to a red / burgundy to suit the silver exterior. I'm worried about the longevity of it. Eg: Will it fade over time or flake off? Also can I get it colour matched to red leather seats I may already have?

Is it possible to do a two tone job because I would like to do the interior of my car in black and beige.

@loser44ify Yes of course you can. Just be careful when masking on top of any freshly applied areas. Use the Green 3M tape.

@SupraPorsche1 As long as your seats are not leather the Vinyl and Fabric will work for you. All materials must be clean and free of silicone based products.

is this a dye or just a cover, for the dash painting and panel painting does it dye with the material or will it eventually see the effects of chipping

The trick with this product I use is to start at seams. Take gloved hand and spread the seam a little bit to insure full coverage.

i had purchased some of that duplicolor from oreilys auto parts in tha town that i live n and painted tha interior of my sis's sunfire but it still doesnt have that shine to it like i have seen n other peoples cars that they do that kind of work to. is there some kind of clear coat i need to buy or that u would recomend???
