do yourself a favor and read a book, your learning bad habits. water colour is one of the more difficult mediums to master and or practice. work on your perspective holmes i.e. read a book, otherwise your gonna learn all the wrong things first, be smart, learn from others, teaching yourself is probably the slowest way to learn aside from giving up. keep it up!

TRY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!

Improve your skills with gesture drawing

hold the pencil from the top end where the eraser is. DON'T use your eraser!!!

then QUICKLY draw the car in terms of general shape regardless of the details and move not just your wrist but your arm.

keep drawing over the shape increasing your accuracy on the car in terms of perspective, proportion, and lastly detail

work from light to dark

i know that some of the drawings are not quite in perspective but that is because i coloured it in with water colours

what ever you do DON'T DO IT coz its realy messy

The way you coloured it is a bit messy. The perspective has some failures too. Anyway, it looks much better than most car drawings I've seen.
