  • What's with the tear-jerker music? I don't want to think going to Dalian is going to be a sad experience

  • @edinscot56789 It's nоt meant tо be sad. But it is meant tо evоke memоries fоr thоse whо have visited оr fоr whоm Dalian was оnce hоme.  But feel free to replace the soundtrack with your own if you wish.

  • The piece of music is the title track from the album 'Watermark' by irish singer, musician and composer Eithne Patricia Ní Bhraonáin or as she is more often referred to in English Enya.

  • What is the background music? It's so hauntingly beautiful!

  • If you've lived in Dalian you will want to read "Dragons, donkeys, and dust: Memoirs from a decade in China", an awesome book written by a Canadian who made a life there. Google it.
