it has the nitrogen cartridge so it really doesn't matter how its poured. It works itself out without loosing carbonation or sacrificing a good head. Guinness always comes out perfect. And the nitro give it tiny tiny bubbles so it always forms a creamy head.
guinness has to be appreciated and savoured and done correctly and very carefully!! what alot of B.S!!!! the guy can pour a guinness how he damn well pleases and to be honest how patronising is surfalldays comment! ....would have more fun with a damp piece of carboard!, than having a pint with him!! clown
