The "Funmachine" actually looks like the Brown Box. The Brown Box was the first video game platform that could connect to a home TV. It played Atari games.

Yes, there are Homestar DVDs. Two sets of them. One set has the Strong Bad Emails on it and the other has the non-email website content (shorts, TGS, etc.). Hence, the term "Everything Else".
