@alewisgb suspension would not be recomended for this as it would actually make it harder. if you're serious about this kind of biking then you'd want a trial bike which is what he is using. if you're not so serious then you'd want a BMX bike. if you are wanting to do dirt jumping, BMX w/o suspension or front suspension, or a mountain bike for more serious dirt jumping.
