Is there any difference with the latest version of Photoshop (besides the obvious) for a person who never used the program before... or say like, should it be better to start with v.5 compared to v.6 (if any, I'm just saying)...

Or, is it like... grab a copy, get on, be familiar, and practice...makes perfect?

ooo what program is this i wonder? Did he use the same program to do the outline drawing as well you figure? I havent messed with drawing in quite a while , as far as anime, and wanted to pick back up on it :) but... how is it that when he erases the color it doesnt erase the outlines? Mmm sounds very appealing, ne1 know what the name of the program is then? :)

Hey, cool. :) How do you get that spectrum of colors to appear and bend? (I use Photoshop cs3, and I'm at least a decent user of PS7. That seems like a great way to track blending.
