There's this documentary called "Under my skin" It's about Lyme disease and there's a doctor who discovered that there's a connection between the Borrelia bacteria, MS, and Alzheimer's. 8 out of 10 brains who had Alzheimer's were test positive for the bacteria. I thought it was a pretty interesting thing.

Great video. We need more average citizens with this disease to speak out and educate the people diagnosed and the family of those people. I commend you for your strength and courage in fighting this disease.

Glad you liked the video =) I like to think I talk some common sense on the whole MS issue, try and bring some perspective to it all.

I still don't get all the 'you're inspiring' stuff. For me there's only one way to treat the MS, who wants to be sad all the time? Could be worse, your leg could fall off! ;-)

Loved that video I am newly diagnosed with MS not more than 8 weeks ago. I thought of possible disability from a purely religious POV ..which is if god well is to be on a wheelchair, loss of vision, or even death it will happen with MS or any other cause ! so why the agony? Live your life  ..

I'm not religous myself but I can understand peoples need to believe in a higher purpose for everything. Different strokes for different folks as they say.

Anyway, hope you're dealing okay with your MS, it's certainly no fun, you should check out my video comparing MS to being on a rollercoaster backwards too =)

cheers =) If it is a relapse it's no bad thing as it'll mean I would qualify for Tysabri, so not all bad. Besides, it's only a bit of numbness in my lower legs, no biggie =)

np, I'm a fan of the uplifting soundbites. I have my 2 year anniversary in October, I sent a birthday card to my MS nurse for the first one =)

I think I'm going through a little relapse at the moment myself, thankfully it doesn't seem too huge just yet, just a little numbness around my feet/lower legs

Awe your a dear :) please continue your vids! as they give me laughter and hope! yuk yuk am on steriods for a few days... I just want to water the garden veggies and throw my kayaak in the lake.... damit! ha ha it will happen before the summer ends.
