By God, this is the most moving recital I have ever heard (and I am an avid listener of Qur'an recitals). His voice just ripped through me and struck me to the core.
I'm a Christian but this recital is absolutely incredible. What pleases me is how children are allowed to do recitations of the Qu'ran, and of all groupings, a very large congregation witnessing his performance.
I'm guessing that it's part of a special rite of manhood, like a Hebrew bar mitzvah. Either way, this kid's got a gift and no doubt blessed by Allah to do a great presentation.
I suspect the gentleman behind him is his father; wonderful when he smiles, no doubt very proud of his son.
