if you get sharp enough scissors, just cut in one spot before you unroll it. works for me

I would try pinning the condom down (thumb tacks on corkboard or dense styrofoam) and using an exacto or razor blade. Non-porpous plastic wrap (Saran Wrap) can be used. Nice video!
