But now, 3 years later we see a mighty increase in Russian coordinated troop training, a mighty increase in the finance ot military sector. A break with self-imposed limitation on troops on this side of Urals. The complaint is formalised into action.

Putin stated that Russia is genuinely advocating a fair and balanced world order and wants co-operation instead of confrontation. So NATO placing forces near Russian borders and the so-called U.S missile shield are an active provocation and proves the west are the ones being aggressive and confrontational.
