You are very right! Sometimes we end up looking foolish because we don't know how to explain how things are working or work. We definitely need to get smarter with this. Thank you Kevin!
Last month I got a blood test. I found out I have extremely low iron and they wanted to give me a blood transfusion but are going to wait and give me another month. I was instructed to take chelated iron and eat MEAT! :( So now, I have this love/hate relationship with eating. I miss being a vegetarian/ part time vegan/raw foodist!! I've always had low iron but didn't realize how serious this was. Oh and for the record, I feel worse since eating meat!
well if your consumng the wrong diet to start with, sure have the test you want to find it if its there but you dont want it to be there in the first place prevention is better than cure! dairy is the biggest thing correlated to prostate cancer as we are not baby cows stop consuming this rubbish periob
if you do then you will just have to deal with the diseases that come along with the consumption of dairy products. Why dont people stop and think for thenselves and stop being a victim of the industry that promotes this crap!!!
the last test i had was back in september, they tested my blood of disease and vitamind levels. Also did urine tests to check for proteins and stuff. They were trying to find out if i had some disease that was effecting my spine. I was perfectly normal in every sense of every way. I don't take vitamins, never really have. Id rather get them from natural sources like fruits, veggies, grains, sprouts, beans, seeds etc For those wonder, I have 2 ruptured disks, no disease so i think thats good? lol
the problem with relying on tests is that we aren't really listening to our bodies...your body will tell you what is working if you really listen, but everyone wants a standard protocol to follow that will cure them...I am working on really listening every single day. ...anyway, I won't say I will never test anything again, but am pretty close to that
I often found it frustrating when I would tell people about alkalizing their body . I would say "get some urine PH strips and test your urine " then I would get " what if I take this or do yopu think I am too acidic?" I would just repeat it , go to the health food store get some strips find out your body PH they are like 8 bucks , "so your saying I should be OK because I ate broccoli last night ", NO , go get some PH strips and find out what your urine PH is . Some people are anti test . LOL
i had blood drawn yesterday after 3 months of green juicing to see if i could improve the numbers. i get the printout of july and nov report next week. i hope it will show an improvment.(d iron calcium)
