Also ALL DC woofers are SPL oriented... The DC LVL4XL and LVL5 are the SAME woofer the DC LVL4 XL just uses the LVL5 soft parts which makes it a more affordable LVL5 for almost the same SPL performance. and I didnt mean LVL 5 XL lol I just meant plain LVL5.

It's $500 on ebay (thats cheapest youll find) for a Solo-X 10" and the others I listed sell for $400 or less and no they dont make a 10" BTL but they do make a 10" BL and fully loaded it does damn close to 5kwrms and only half the price so you could get two.

More power handling isn't always the best answer to a better sounding sub. If a sub has a lower power rating and a higher efficiency, than it theoritically can mean that the less power and better efficiency can equal or be better than a sub with a higher power handling and a lower efficiency. All Kicker square subs loose control of their cone at high excursion, and that will lead to distortion.

It's $500 on ebay (thats cheapest youll find) for a Solo-X 10" and the others I listed sell for $400 or less and no they dont make a 10" BTL but they do make a 10" BL and fully loaded it does damn close to 5kwrms and only half the price so you could get two.

@JBlNN non of them besides the dc lvl 5 and the dd9510 will take 5000 .. heres how i know you have no idea what your talking about ready ,,,, re xxx doesnt have the power handling of the re mt re xxx is a sql (spl and sq) the mt is just the spl line. Its not called a dc lvl 5 xl the xl is a diff sub its between the level 4 and level 5. They dont make a btl in a 10'' and they can take 4000 max steve m only puts i think 3500 on his old btls. Solo x are nice subs id rather have a btl,lvl 5,9500

More power handling isn't always the best answer to a better sounding sub. If a sub has a lower power rating and a higher efficiency, than it theoritically can mean that the less power and better efficiency can equal or be better than a sub with a higher power handling and a lower efficiency. All Kicker square subs loose control of their cone at high excursion, and that will lead to distortion.
