There have been 44 US presidencies each consisting of 1 to 4 terms, (for a total of 56 terms of office) but Cleveland held 2 of the 44 presidencies; he is still only one American. Yes, there have been many more oaths of office, but Obama was specifically talking about the individuals. Whatever the case, one of the first lines of Obama's speech, which he had 2 months to prepare, was incorrect.
