@italjha36 developers have said they can develop games for the 3DS that have similar graphics to early Xbox 360 games, which are obviously better than PSP and a little better than Wii, they are just not as high of a resolution, which won't be a big deal since you will be playing on a small screen. Also If the graphics are a little better than Gamecube, that would mean similar to Wii graphics, since Wii is just a little better than GC.

@wasdtroop ocarina of time is the best one I think. There is a gamecube disc that has the first 2, ocarina of time, and majoras mask. If you want to play the classic zelda games get that. If you want a newer zelda game, get Twilight Princess for gamecube. You can find good copies on Ebay or amazon, sometimes they can be found at gamestop.
yes, Super Mario Galaxy has amazing graphics. The Conduit and Metroid Prime 3 look nice too. Its mostly the game made by Nintendo that look good, or games that are only on Wii.

I have both versions, and I prefer the GameCube version, its looks exactly the same, but everything is original. The Wii version is mirrored. New zelda for Wii coming out maybe next year!
I like this one more then orcarina because u get moves like when link stabs down into a bad guy,also this game is bigger and is more detailed its one of the games with the best graphics for wii and I like the gameplay and the tunics better. In Oot all the tunics were the same with different colors. the only downside is that u dont have any magic in this game.
Twilight Princess may be a bigger game and you can do more, but I liked the gameplay and story better in Ocarina better. I didn't like playing as the wolf in Twilight. Also the same stab moves first appeared in Zelda II on the NES so its not like twilight Princess added new things to the Zelda series.
I agree and i much prefer Oot as #1 Majora's Mask #2 because they are more childish. This is like an older version of LoZ. However I'm a LoZ purist because Majora's mask was the first video game I ever got.

I like the GC version better, but its easy to play on the Wii. The GC version is the original version, the Wii version everything is mirrored to make Link right handed. The Wii version can be displayed at a 16:9 aspect ratio if you have a HD TV, the GC version only can be displayed in 4:3 standard definition. Don't forget a memory card if you get the GC version.

wii games will save in the wiis internal memory. When that fills, you can copy data you don't use but want to keep onto SD memory cards, the wii memory will only fill up if you download a lot of games from the wii shop channel

play the game before you judge it, real gamers don't judge a game from 3 minutes of video. You don't use the slingshot through the full game. its just a small weapon to use in the beginning. This is also an action adventure, not a rpg. becuase the monsters look like that, doesn't mean its for kids, and the monsters get larger later on in the game. its not graphics that makes games fun, its gameplay, and thats what the Wii is all about is fun and good gameplay. The ps3 doesn't have that. The ps3 is a horrible system. if you want a system with good graphics id reccomend the Xbox360 over the ps3, but I reccomend the Wii over anything out there

I like the gamecube version better, as it was made for GameCube. The Wii version just mirrors everything and throws in Simple Wii controls. Its not the best Wii experience. Maybe the first real Wii zelda game will be better with the controls.
I love Zelda,but in my opinion i don't get a WII or a Gamecube because i don't believe to much in Nintendo, seriously, if i buy a New generation Video-game, i'll a chose a Xbox360 because of Splinter Cell Conviction, and in Xbox 360 a ihave more chances to play games, more sucess here in Brazil.

He is right you know. Link normally looks like an elf and does wear an elf costume! He isn't making fun of the game and nor am I. I'll get my Zelda game in a few days ^^ It's the ocarina game for the gamecube. Master Quest.

i would suggest the wii version. the motion controls arent that complex. you just flick your wrist and link slashes and attacks

wii games will save in the wiis internal memory. When that fills, you can copy data you don't use but want to keep onto SD memory cards, the wii memory will only fill up if you download a lot of games from the wii shop channel

I really doubt I'll ever see a teen or adult playing a Barbie, Bratz, Hannah Montana, or Bob the Builder games, or any other games based off of children shows or toys. Those games are kids games.

no link has always been left handed but they changed it 4 da wii version of twilight princess bcuz most people r right handed so they didnt want 2 confuse people. he is left handed in the gamecube as he is in phantom hourglass, ocarina of time and every other zelda game. this version of twilight princess was the only acception. dont believe me? play another zelda game besides the twilight princess wii version, and u will c that im right.

play the game before you judge it, real gamers don't judge a game from 3 minutes of video. You don't use the slingshot through the full game. its just a small weapon to use in the beginning. This is also an action adventure, not a rpg. becuase the monsters look like that, doesn't mean its for kids, and the monsters get larger later on in the game. You must be a kid yourself since you seem to know nothing about video games and judge them from a video without playing them.

Sure, PS3 has better graphics. But I think the Wii is really creative with it's gameplay. Kinda revolutionizes gameplay compared what else is out there.

the trailers came out when it was only for GameCube, but later one gameplay videos showing off the wii version after E3 2006 showed link right handed, becuase at E3 2006 everyone had the remote in their right hand.

its not graphics that makes games fun, its gameplay, and thats what the Wii is all about is fun and good gameplay. The ps3 doesn't have that. The ps3 is a horrible system. if you want a system with good graphics id reccomend the Xbox360 over the ps3, but I reccomend the Wii over anything out there

its not graphics that makes game fun though. The ps3 does have better graphics, but thats the only thing thats new to the playstation. nintendo had the motion controls first, so the motion controls are better on the Wii. Games are all about fun, and thats what the Wii is. Games make the hardware, look at the games, and pay no attention to how powerful the system is.

I like the gamecube version better, as it was made for GameCube. The Wii version just mirrors everything and throws in Simple Wii controls. Its not the best Wii experience. Maybe the first real Wii zelda game will be better with the controls.

I love Zelda,but in my opinion i don't get a WII or a Gamecube because i don't believe to much in Nintendo, seriously, if i buy a New generation Video-game, i'll a chose a Xbox360 because of Splinter Cell Conviction, and in Xbox 360 a ihave more chances to play games, more sucess here in Brazil.
But this is my opinion, and i like Wii too, nice Video-game, but i'll chose now 360, or Ps3, but this one dont have Splinter Cell 5 :(

Don't get a ps3, its the worst game system you can get. Its dissapointing that your choosing the xbox360 over the Wii just for 1 game. The Wii has splinter call games as well. I can say the xbox360 is a nice video game system, but I hate the ps3. Everyone has their own opinions though.

And anyways, I heard somewhere that in the art of swordsmancraft, you hold the shield in your stronger hand, which would be the right one for the right-handed and the left one for the left-handed
