@SoPlEoReD you are very naive. There's a very long history of secret human experiments conducted on unknowing civilian populations under CIA & military contracts. Operation Whitecoat, MKULTRA, Project Chariot, and MKOFTEN are just a few operations out of hundreds that use humans as guinea pigs for testing programs. Many involved releasing biological warfare agents into populated areas to examine how they spread. MKULTRA is famously known for drugging unknowing citizens in which many people died.
