Lana is the best, you can tell she actual know Karate. Lois looks like she know karate to but as skilled and quick as Lana. I've seen all their fight scenes on the show. The rest were probably just trained for the show to do basic defense moves.

Superman knows martial arts. He learned Kryptonian martial arts from Jor-El when he trained in the Fortress, and he trained with Batman and Wonder Woman when he was in Justice League. Blame bad writers for turning Superman into unskilled brawler.
