The title is "Warinobaril", from Gilbert Artman's Lard Free first album. This album was recorded and mixed in april 1973. So I'd rather say that this documentary was filmed in 73-74...

I love Lard Free, too! BUT you're listening with ears informed by an additional 30+ years of musical advancement. I mean, Elton John, Don McLean, Three Dog Night and ... CHER were topping the charts in '71 - Lard Free must have sounded like a ball of noise to most folks!
