  • hey their drummer is quite cool... is like a strange specie in between of hairy people... the drummer looks like an actual man... very interesting document...even if it's always too short... i'm so sorry for those who just speak english and no french... because their discussions and the interview are very interesting ... but there's always the music ...and this is for everybody...

  • This is the reason "YouTube" should exist! Great music, by great musicians, that alot of people never had a chance to see the first time. I don't speak French, but this is still a great find.

  • Niiiiiiiice, it's great to see some Lard Free on the tube. Thanks for sharing.

  • whats the name of the song in the beginning?

    what album is it on?

  • Sorry, it's a bit late.

The title is "Warinobaril", from Gilbert Artman's Lard Free first album. This album was recorded and mixed in april 1973. So I'd rather say that this documentary was filmed in 73-74...

  • Genuine influence on me (born 1980), at leisure to did through musical history with impunity. Don McLean is long gone stale, I've always wanted to be Gilbert Artman: live active yeast.

  • I've always loved this song, Lard Free should've gotten huge international success.

  • I love Lard Free, too! BUT you're listening with ears informed by an additional 30+ years of musical advancement. I mean, Elton John, Don McLean, Three Dog Night and ... CHER were topping the charts in '71 - Lard Free must have sounded like a ball of noise to most folks!

    Born too soon, I'd say!
