  • Have you considered DietOramy healthy eating plan? Have you come across of it? I have detected it aimlessly on Google and that content is simply wonderful... Now i'm burning my unwanted excessive fat and I'm feeling like considerably healthier.

  • @4ever4minute it's acidic before entering the body but once ingested it neutralizes, just the chemistry of it.

    1 litre water (1000 mL)

    1 lemon

    2 tbsp of honey

    I add honey because it is a natural sweetener and not bad for you since it's not refined sugar, which is chemically prepared~!

  • @Twisted86 i just made some lemon water with RealLemon Juice in the bottle and it definately works. I could feel it working within a hour so the ppl who r saying that the "RealLemon" juice from concentrate won't work are wrong!

    Can you drink lemon water before you go to bed too? When you're sleeping, you don't burn any calories or food, so your metabolism slows down. Lemon juice and water have NO calories (yay!) so I was thinking maybe it would be a good idea to drink it before you go to bed as well.

  • try starting your day with some cold pizza, or a few microwaved burritos. you'll be happy and feel good all day knowing you ate something much tastier and more satisfying than lemon water, which will leave your body starving.

  • yes, because it will help to neutralize digestive acids and balance acid/alkalinity. i recomend aloe juice and good belly for you instead though.

  • A lot of fruit is actually acidic on its own, natural, raw...but once they get inside the body, they have an alkaline effect (produce alkaline residue when digested)...Obviously everything needs to be in moderation but that is why lemon juice (again, in moderation) is good for you because it has an alkaline effect on the body once it gets absorbed and digested :) Thank you for all your videos!     I appreciate all of your videos, and I do drink lemon juice water quite a bit... I got in the habit from the lemonaide fast back years ago. But I do have to correct you... lemon juice is highly acidic with a pH of about 2-3. If you want to alkalinize, drinking water with a pinch of baking soda in it is better, as suggested by alkalizing pros. Its not as pleasant as lemon water though!

    Good advise. I began today with a shot of acai and goji juice 30 minutes before green tea. Waited 1 hr. then first breakfast of yogurt, banana, curry, chile pepper, sunflower seeds, raisons, hemp meal, and ground flax seed.

    Experiment, explore and have fun with healthy foods.

  • Consuming green leafy veggies, the right combination of foods and drinks and preparing your digestive system properly will ensure you will bring your body into balance. Try testing your PH with the strips you can get them online. You want to be in the 7 range, right in the middle.

  • Also, just for the rest of the community's knowledge, acid in foods is not exactly poison. We need a balance. We strive to be in the center, not too acidic is key. But also, not excluding all acidic foods.

    By nature, most people's diets are overly and abundantly acidic. This comes from the consumption of meats, junk foods, processed sugars, acid foods as well as toxicity in the environment, and stress is one of the most acidic things you can bring into your life.
