The most tragic aspect of this case is the parents never had closure 2 their sons disappearance. No body no wrekage. The father died about 10 years ago still waiting 4 his sons return very sad. There is a plaque erected in Cape Otway as a tribute 2 the missing pilot
Intelligent life crosses millions of light years, comes straight to Australia, and abducts a single man right from his plane, then inexplicably leaves.
That makes less sense than Valentich simply faking his disappearance and landing elsewhere. :/
@Vind1ctus No it doesn't, since you've set up a strawman. Firstly it would be in all likelihood that they have a ship/base of operations much nearer, and would not obviously "cross millions of light years" just to partake in said engagement. That said, you also put undue emphasis on it being some sort of trek, or hassle for them to travel interstellar distances, when again, more likely than not it is quick and very easy for them.
I think the sound at the end must have been the aircraft breaking thru Valentich's cockpit, like say the aircraft is in fact either destroying his plane and abducting him or there actully abducting th eentire plane and just before the planes abduction is complete they started cutting thru his cockpit and thats when the transmission stoped and they became invisable again sounds reasonable to me lol

The weirdest thing about this...
Is Valentich Senior's voice!! He sounds like the barber from Armando Iannucci.
"Abart elevlin thirty at mid-naat, Frederich wasn't not HAAM" Fantastic stuff.
Without any doubt, junior got snatched by sky-rats.

The transcipt from this case is absolutely incredible!!
He first asks control if there are any large aircrafts in the area.
They say no.
He asks if there is any military aircraft and that there is one consistently flying over him and playing with him.
Then after a bit he says "it's hovering right over me, that is NOT an aircraft!"
Then metallic crunching noise.....
No more transmission.
