does someone knows where I can buy the korean grill, I want that so that I can make that delicious things pleaseeee, and the place has to be in New York. please please!!.
I'm getting hungry! Your videos are much better than the others because its simple. Other people's videos have a lot of ingredients that are hard to find. Thank you for uploading! :)
This is my most favorite Korean dish. I always have 삼겹살 with friends when we get together in a Korean restaurant here in Cebu City, Philippines. I will try to make this at home and buy that cooking plate. I love Ssamjang, too! ^^ You are great Maangchi! ^^ 화이팅!
I'd really like some pork for Korean BBQ, since I've tried beef and chicken, but samgyeopsal is too fatty =( I wish they had leaner pork cuts in Korean BBQ restaurants.
@monika3527 Depends on your personal preferance. When I want a sweeter sauce, I use Sweet Soy sauce and when I want a more savoury, saltier sauce, I use normal Soy sauce.
Maangchii I hope you know you get a lot of your fans because of Korean drama viewers XD many of us come here to see how to make the food we saw on our favorite drama's.
Anyway I made this a little while ago, had to use artificial sugar instead of real sugar and it still came out just fine :D Also I minced the garlic. Couldn't deal with a whole clove ><
Just wondering.. I live in Melbourne, I really want the iron plate you are using in this video. Do you know where I can buy it weather a shop or online store? thanks
WOAH I'm just eating it right now, soooooooooo delicious!!! Thanks, I bought pork belly today just for trying your recipe here! I'm totally not regreding it :D
if i was to buy that korean grill, do i have to buy the little burner too??? i saw a friend do this on an american griddle and it looks good too...but i was wanting a korean grill....i was just wondering how much it is.
@happycharmtropical For the meat, all you need to do is cook it. I also take a disposable razor and shave the tiny hairs off the pork skin but that is optional.
The seasoning you are thinking of is just salt and seseame oil.
Thank you so much Maangchi! I'm from Brazil and I'm tired of eating rice, beans and steak. I begun looking for new kinds of food and then I found your channel. Thank you!
I love all your shows! you're awesome and so funny at the same time " SESAME OIL ~ ! " haha What knives do you use. My knives don't chop green onions so well..

@BeyondSurprises27 8 pounds! Congratulations! You can make kimchi stew, kimchi stir-fried rice, and kimchi pancake when your kimchi ferments. Kimchi is gone quickly. : )

This looks soooo delicious. I was just going over the recipe and typing it out to make a list of ingredients and I'm wondering what the carrot is for. @Maangchi oh i see. ahm, is it okay not to put kimchi in it? i'm not really into kimchi.
