I know who this cop is. He's not a very good cop. In the first video he screwed up his stop procedure like 4 times lol dumbass. He was trying to intimidate the guy because he was embarassed. If there's not a law against that there should be. Regardless the dude deserved the ticket. He was flying down the road the whole damn video!

Where in the Texas PC or CCP does it say that its a "major NO No for commissioned officer to FAKE an arrest" romance4u. FYI he did not arrest the guy, he never touched him. If you are going to tell campfire stories at least tell them correctly! It's actually nice to see the media highlight the police in a positive manner. FYI - It's a major NO No for a commissioned officer to FAKE an arrest in the State of Texas......period.....end of story......The Sad part of this is once again an officer has "Crossed" the line and no one is going to do anything about it.....They (The Cops) have no problem showing video of people in any condition and making fun of people in "THERE" video but you do the same to them......Get my point Cop....But You cant get me officer.....I bet I'm related to more cops than you.
