Shelby Steele should be THE voice of America with regards to issues centering around race. For my book, he's the ONLY person worth listening to on these subjects. His viewpoints COMMAND respect.
He's bright, he's articulate, he's experienced segregation personally, he doesn't have an axe to grind, he knows what brings people together, he's not a part of the 'race industry,' etc.

Why couldn't they find some real black people; you know black people that are happy to be black. Not these want to be white with black skin black people. I hate black people like this. They try so hard to be white its ridicules. They try to dress white talk white just a bunch of bryant gumble blacks; sad thing to see.
Black people love yourself, be your self, and enjoy your life.
