Damn fine location. I can think of several YT "Preppers" that will probably look into this location now that you have shown it! Would be a cool place non the less...for whatever. Could be used as a gun range as well as many other things. Great vid man.

Wow JRock...I don't know what to say. I'm always on the look out for a "get out of dodge" location but this is a very serious commitment. If the funds are available, taxes wont kill you and the cost of maintenance/developing wont hurt too much then go for it. Is it very private? What I mean is, if power and the grid go down would possible bad people find it easily?

@mizooch70 :D I am not seriously considering it. The location is somewhat remote, but it is located nearby a county highway. It wouldn't take much to obscure any visibility whatsoever (some creative landscaping) and defense of it would be a snap. However, this is just all for fun :)
