Anyone feel walking speeds are too slow for makoto? I used to be able to walk back and forwards from a recovering enemy and completely mind fuck them into falling for a karakusa or other shenanigans...

Tekken is more technical in terms of executing a specific move/attack. I still like street fighter though and I will still get this game for my pc. I also like how CAPCOM made it in 3d. How I wish they could have made it like tekken (each button corresponds to each limb). But I guess it will destroy the originality of the game and Namco may sue them. haha! sad . . . \m/

@shaolinotter To be honest here, it's probably more reliable to mash that out than try to be specific with the timing. Seems the game is really forgiving with this specific super>ultra as far as imputs when mashing, but a pita when you try to find a specific point to imput the commands.

This 'fat fuck' is a respectful person in terms of the Street Fighter community. He's also working for Battlefield Arcadia. After the constant complaint by the public, because the new characters were being demo'd by players worse than scrubs, they brought in someone who knows his stuff, and can show us some good stuff about the game.

In terms of 3rd strike, she had juggle potential, rather than combos.

What you basically just said is a one punch link into super, (which as far as i'm aware, many, many characters happened), followed by a juggle, which was a feature frequent on 3rdS. The combo you mentioned is nothing mahoosive.

She isn't meant to be known for Akuma style ferociousness, but the potential mixups she can do, and the sheer damage she does when she hits.

I guess, depending on the matchup, this will vary.

I'd assume, for the big people, you'd want to save for the one time you do get in, for maximum damage, then poke them away, whereas the more agressive players, you'll be busting out that EX.

the thing is that no one necessarily uses ryu's super because his ultra is easily useable (so many options). i consider it more of a balrog/viper scenario, because their EX is needed for their added buffs, and the supers they have are among the most used (blanka as well, i guess).

Ever since Daigo displayed it's many uses a lot of people use it to zone out characters without invincible moves to get through fireballs, so if they jump, pop off super and they're hurting.
