Sorry, but your Fair Use claim here is unfounded. This is a prime example of how to get in trouble fast by NOT UNDERSTANDING what the law means. You took "film-quality" footage to make a "tribute" to the 2011 finals, something that the Copyright holder's have done. Therefore, it's competing with a DERIVATIVE WORK that's already out there. How does this make your video "transformative"? Better yet: How is this not ENTERTAINMENT?

Wow this video is the best!!!!! I am so happy for Dirk/kIDD and the rest of the Mavs. Dirk is the best player who is humble and best athleticsm. Just pure class. I havent seen that since MJ.

I grew up in NY. But I have to say that after watching NBA finals for the last 34 years, this was easily the most enjoyable I've ever seen. I've been rooting for Dirk for 10 years. To see him, Jet and Kidd get this was the sweetest sports championship moment I've ever seen.

I'll never forget Dirk and Chandler putting their hands on their heads when they knew they were about to win it. Neither could believe it. They'd always wanted it, always wondered how it would feel, and when the moment came, they were speechless. Great stuff.

Most people don't realize that the Mavs were not suppose to win this year. The chosen West didn't make it. The Lakers. Mavs beat them from the outside and the refs were left powerless. There was nothing anyone could do. Refs couldn't bail Kobe out this go round. Do you actually think David Stern wanted his golden boy to suffer a SWEEP this late in his career?

Best part for me was the last three minutes......you see the precise moment wade and Lebron gave up....that look in their eyes when you see they know they can't..win..and the final song also tears me up......very emotional.
