  • whats the fish that swims next to the arowana all the time??:O

  • great looking tank. but you do need a bigger tank soon.

  • need a way bigger tank than that for your arowana

  • Dude, That Arrow will get huge in a bigger tank!

  • arowana are so pretty..i can stay all day watching my 3 blue arowana swim..you have a nice tank and your fish sre pretty good job man.

  • I one mixed with a gar like that but mine stripped the scales off the gar one day so becareful but it is a beautiful setup

  • sweet hydro gar and silver arowana

  • the width should be 2' or more but they are very flexible and should only worry about the lenght for the fish to swim long across the tank top.

  • How long does it take to grow these from young and whats the best diet for them??

  • these arowanas grow very fast with the most varied diet like bloodworms, arowana sticks, raw shrimp, silversides, cichlid pellets, and anything carnivorous..just stay away from feeder fish as its can spread diseases to your fishes....and its not a very healthy fish food as it only had bad fat

  • cool video like the way your arowana get along with your othre fish kool and the tinfoil barb looks cool following the arrowana

  • it funny how the barb follows the arowana like its his brother.

  • can I ask what the width of your tank is because when it gets big might not be able to turn around

  • are you serious? or did you just thought of something clever to say for you to sound fish-educated, the aquarium is HUUUGE compared to normal tanks.

I'm surprised the Aro isn't attacking the barb

  • I think it looks great, fat arowana does not look nice, it's hard to maintain silver arowana's sahpe and eye.

  • Arrowan looks great, I am cycling my tank now for arrowana in like 2 more weeks. I will post mines then..

  • The aro doesn't appear skinny at all. You've done a very good job with the fish.

  • I hope you like this tank! Check out this movie please. It's the same tank but set up as a movie. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuyJV1YB0s8

  • maybe it's because of the water parameters

  • Last thing; what are your parameters like then?

  • pH = 6.5-6.9, ammonia = 0, nitirite = 0, nitrate = 25ppm

  • nice setup. but quite dim. your silver seems to be quite thin

  • You think? What do you believe is the problem? Is it not eating enough, or do you think it's a problem with his diet?

  • what's its diet? how much does it eat? how's your water parameters?

  • Tetra Doromin Special Food Sticks/Hikari Cichlid Gold Pellets/locusts/crickets/goldfish

    Water parameters need checking
