The application has been removed by Google from the Market due to Copyright infringement. CBS studios have complaint that the developer used "their" interface. I only hope that whoever is responsible will drown in a sea of cum :)
basicaly great tool, but very unstable on Hero/G2. Crashes whenever a reading gets off the scale which happens if your phone falls down on grav-reading or hold it next to a speaker on magnetics and sometimes it just hooks up seemingly random...
@bigadrian100 The Droids are very good and exceeded the iPhone 3Gs in specs. The new iPhone is good, but it's plagued with the same problems even some were addressed. Also, the Tricorder app is ONLY for the Droids. Apple would never allow this app on the iPhone, so there would only be a chance if the device was jailbreaked.
Don't get me wrong. I really like the iPhone, but the Driods are good too.

I always get a max of -15 dB on this app but dont know how much is it actually.

The MAG aplication uses the compass as a metal detector.. close the phone to a metal and it will go nuts
