  • I agree with CoachJ - anyone who has ever been out skiing/snowboarding in the cold all day who comes into the lodge and sits by a really hot fire will be able to relate to the drowsy, ultra-relaxed, soporific effect of the plunge contrast.

  • I can't remember the size of the tub - I just went to Target and picked out the biggest storage tub I could find. And believe it or not, you get used to cold plunging so it's not that bad after a while. You get addicted to the way you feel afterward.

  • @PerformanceCorps Yeah.. for at least an hour after the plunge there is a somewhat calming feeling. Either that or you are just thrilled to finally be out of the freezing cold water. Getting back into the cold water after the warm bath is quite possibly the toughest part.

  • What is the size of that tub?

  • How the f#$k do you do that? You are amazing.
