Ive seen them live 5 times. When bert quit drugs he has never sounded the same. Im glad hes "sober" but the who bands sound has changed and its awful. He rarely screams anymore. Nowhere near as muchas he use 2 when he would throw up on stage.

I don't know about you but I couldn't see Brandon playing Lies for the Liars or Artwork, I don't think that's the kind of music he'd want to play so I think it was more creative differences. It might have been a difference in lifestyles also but I don't think they'd kick him out because of it, if anything I think he'd choose to leave the band.

If you know anything about the used, it's that they've always had a huge range. listen to their self-titled, for example. on that one album, they have screamorock "maybe memories" and pop-rocky "the taste of ink". then on the next one, they have the very emo "I'm a fake" and another pop-rock song, "I caught fire". They have always had a HUGE range, but on their latest record the range just wasn't as big, but they still had both hard and soft songs
