In Bordeaux during yesterday's concert, Jared told a teenager at the front row to take her video camera away, the crowd went all silent for 30s it was freaking awkward... he even made fun of her for not understanding his english... Poor girl didn't know what to do and the whole 2000 people were looking at her... As if she was going to do something with it...

I mean I love this guy, the concert was great and all but come on...

Il a vraiment réussi à motiver la foule qui n'était pas énorme c'est clair, perso j'étais plus au fond. He wants everybody to get crazy, jump and dance, and he doesn't hesitate to say what he thinks. So yes, it can be awkward sometimes.

@marxmallows usually the guys don't have anything against cameras, they actually let people come WITH cameras to their concerts. however, they encourage people being in the moment, and jumping, singing and having fun along with them. i've seen them in concert myself and i think jared was merely making a joke; maybe it was misconstrued

as much as i like 30 seconds to mars *favourite band* this was a really bad vocal performance, he was singing it in a thicker vocal style most of the way through and i cant stop replaying 3:22 ... it makes me feel better about my singing because i can do that part *sometimes* and it usually doesnt sound great. its a C5 if anyone understands that. It helps alot to stop feeling like i have to keep up with the studio stuff all the time.

but jareds acoustic stuff is awesome, but lower pitch.

@bijibadness see i partly agree with you on this, i have never heard jared sing the DO YOU REALLY WANT part in hurricane as high without vocal fry live as it is recorded, but Jared can really sing amazingly well, he often misses hard parts out and i have come to the conclusion, hes trying not to get tired, belting high Cs only lasts for about 5 minutes untill your voice is half destroyed. check out bad romance at radio one, he has a high C5 there which is as high as all his recordings.
