Agree with other posters. That is not a plain stainless pan. No way. it obviously has some kind of coating. You can see where it even has knife cuts in it. I've used stainless for years. That is not stainless. Perhaps carbon steel with some kind of coating or aluminum?

Not only is that pan not stainless steel. . . the beginning of the video shows you that you need a rubber spatula, but you actually need a metal one (sometimes called a pancake turner). This shouldn't be so hard to demonstrate properly. . .

I have that exact pan and it's a teflon pan, NOT stainless steel.

that pan is aluminum...the handle is probably stainless steel....

uhm, thats a non-stick pan.. you can even see the scratches to the non-stick surface!
