That a nice 3 TV sets of Sony you have in your house and I hope you do a video of that 3 TV in one set to show on YouTube, because that 3 TV sets looks like the one that Elvis Prestley used in his house in Graceland or in his Cadillac Limo.
It was no joke; you were wrong and being an immature punk. A simple I'm sorry would suffice, but you came back with more BS. Beat it troll. You've embarrassed yourself again.
i found an old radio in my dads garage it works great, i love turning the lights off when you got it on because you can see the tubes lite up and everything glowing
the pye p75 at 6:53 is actually a very good radio which sounds as good as FM even on long wave. mine needs the dial scale toutching up and possibly a new valve/tube in the RF amplifier
All sorts of cool finds! Congrats! I have an Electrolux Super J just like yours. Excellent vac... tons of suction, and so much quieter than the cheap, all-plastic uprights that are sold today. On a recent trip to Wal-Mart I discovered that Arm & Hammer and Febreeze are both making filtered Electrolux bags now. The packages even say "for Electrolux built after 1959." Gotta love it. P.S. I love the part when you said "Pretty rich sound... for a Teddy." :D
my fav. radio is the pye!!! i would love to have that i have some family members in warwickshire england. let me know if you ever want to sell it!!! thanks for sharing!! you really have a knack for finding the good stuff!!
I have that same Singer vacuum. Is that an H-9? Mine works but needs a new bag.
That Heathkit AA-151 is really nice. They hold good value too. 14 watts per channel, and really good frequency response. Let me know if you ever want to sell it :-)
Also love that wood Zenith radio. Almost looks like a miniature console. Even has their gold chassis like the bigger radios.
Yes that is an H-9...I'm going to replace that cord before trying it as I have seen a lot of cases of brittle insulation in those kinds of cords.
I can't wait to replace old caps in the Heathkit and try it. I wouldn't be interested in letting it go as it is a family heirloom in a way, Organist1982's dad would have built it back in the 60's. But I'll make sure to let you know if I find another one.
I have worked on some Zenith consoles with the gold chassis, has a very classy look to it!
That black philco radio is beautiful! I've never seen any kind of style like that! Can't wait to see a vid of that. We used to sell chrome drills like that at Sears. They last forever, and their extremely powerful. That Heathkit is a wopper! Looks like it has some serious power. Very 60s looking. I've never seen anything like that sony 3 unit! Please do a video on that! I would love to know its history! Good luck with those british tubes! I LOVE that realistic '79 radio!
I really like the Philco too, and I think the dial lights up. I brought the drill bits so I will try out the drill working on the Rockola amp chassis to remove old capacitor mounting brackets.
I'll try and do a video on the Sony soon, it works good! It was in a house in Odessa, Texas at an estate sale and one of the family members said their dad would watch 3 football games at once on it. It was upstairs in a den. I have found some of the British tubes for sale although kind of expensive.
Thanks for making the upload...I was able to watch a little bit of it but the download stopped, I will make sure to watch the rest. Yours looks a little different as mine has a more open back part and only a front shaft.
I never thought about the Yamaha having a square wave generator...I know electronic organs like Wurlitzers do but it seems like often the smaller keyboards are PCM.
I had on both the Berns air king hassock metal fan plus the Mathes cooler and your're right, they are kind of noisy!
You certainly got some very nice radios and equipment!

FM synthesis I can already tell by the sound.. That philco Radio's dial reminds me of the window in the kids tv show Shining time station.

The Yamaha keyboard has a very nice sound -- probably a squarewave tone generator.
I saw a drill similar that at a thrift store... those things are incredibly heavy!
Logohog91 just featured the same (or very similar) model of Lakewood fan in his latest video.
Sounds like your wooden box fan is getting quite noisy!
