This song is in Jaunpuri Garhwali which is spoken in Tehri Garhwal ( Thatyur/Algaad Valley) and part of Uttarkashi as well.

Garhwali doesn't only includes Pauri or Tehri there are many other dilects as well. Any dilect spoken with in Garhwal region are known as Garhwali.
