I have this same engine, can you tell me the needle settings for the carbs, im trying to get mine tuned in and can't seem to find the right settings to get the high revs yours is getting, mine seems a little sluggish, im running a 14-8 prop, but any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
If I were going to use the engine for 3D or aerobatics I would start with a 16X6 or something like that. The bigger dia. prop the less pitch the better for 3D. Smaller prop larger pitch the faster you will go.

The prop on it in the test was a 15X8.

What prop is this? I've just got an ASP.91 and I'm trying to figure the best prop for aerobatics. I have an APC 14x8 at the moment.
