Cuthbert Gordon Greenidge from Black Bess, Barbados. This man possessed the best Square cut, Hook and Pull Shot in the history of the game. Attacking was in his genes. They used to run so many fours. Today batsmen are so content in only running threes...Great Opener...

They had to run more fours in those days cause there was no boundry rope plus the bats wern't anywhere near as good as the bats these days.

Actually what i meant was "Even more challanging than Viv" Thats from Imran's All Round View, Published in 1989.

and very recently in an Interview Sarfraz Nawaaz had almost same opinion about Greenidge.
