Nadine clearly says "G-A-Y." It is a club night at the London Astoria (since closed down) that always has decent pop acts on. It was a mostly gay venue (as you might expect) but a lot of people turned up for the live music. Whenever Girls Aloud played there, they were very popular.

It's okay. She said it was amazing because the atmosphere is supposed to be immense there, they pretty much always have an amazing audience in G-A-Y. Good for the girls' confidence I guess.
