That is a condition called ground resonance and can happen to anyone when landing, taking off, or on taxi. It can be caused by a gust of wind, a pothole, failure of the damping system, or other conditions.
The spacing of the blades gets out of wack.
It happens to military pilots all the time, including the Apache.
The only way to try and recover is full throttle and lifting off if you have enough RPM.

@Highice007 A Eceureil helicopter operated by Heliswiss crashed at Grenchen Airport on 16:54 local time. Nobody injured, loose stones were propelled 100 meters, only minor damage. It appears (if you look closely at ~ 0:30) that the helicopter misses the landing platform with its right skid, which gets stuck underneath the platform suddenly gets free, leading to severe wobble. Why the heli spins so violently, I don't know but maybe structural damage to the tailrotor from the wobbles.

Some SERIOUS ground resonance @0:31, then you can see where HIS* left skid got caught on the mobile landing platform that HE* was trying to put it down onto. (*Note I say, 'HIS', 'HE' as erm no, you bunch of dumb fuck Homer Simpson types on here - it was very much a BLOKE pilot (if you care to look closely you can even SEE that)...go read the Swiss AAIB report DURRRR lol!) ;-))

@Highice007 A Eceureil helicopter operated by Heliswiss crashed at Grenchen Airport on 16:54 local time. Nobody injured, loose stones were propelled 100 meters, only minor damage. It appears (if you look closely at ~ 0:30) that the helicopter misses the landing platform with its right skid, which gets stuck underneath the platform suddenly gets free, leading to severe wobble. Why the heli spins so violently, I don't know but maybe structural damage to the tailrotor from the wobbles.
