If it's on youtube, download it using a site like keepvid, then use a program like Super to strip the mp3 from the video file.

I don't remember the site. Go to google and type in super flv converter. It should come up. That's the only program you need.

No, it changes the FLV file (flash video file) that youtube uses here into an AVI or just strips the sound into an MP3. To download this, go to google and type 'download youtube videos' and use whatever one of the results you personally prefer.
